Patients pay a yearly retainer fee for fast and reliable access to Dr. Skurcenski as their primary care provider. She is available 24/7 throughout the year for any urgent needs, and patients can reach her through phone, text or email. Appointments are guaranteed either the same day or the next business day.
Medical Insurance Information
We do not accept medical insurance. The annual retainer fee serves as payment for all care received at Skurcenski Primary Care. Some health plans allow the use of HSA or FSA for this fee while others do not. Dr. Skurcenski has opted out of Medicare. Medicare patients will have an additional form to sign acknowledging that they, nor Dr. Skurcenski, may submit claims to Medicare for any services received.
Who can be seen at Skurcenski Primary Care?
Dr. Skurcenski is accepting adult men and women 18 and older and children aged 10-17.
Do I still need insurance?
Yes. While we will not be submitting claims to insurance for your office visits and care at Skurcenski Primary Care, you will still need to carry health insurance for lab work, imaging studies, specialty consults, medical and surgical procedures and hospitalizations.
